Start with your machine requirement

What do you need to bottle water?

For PET still water, a rinser-filler-capper is the core machine. Treatment, bottle making and finished-pack handling depend on your existing equipment and supply plan.

Compare a few catalog machine references

The XGF references below combine rinsing, filling and capping for PET water bottles. The catalog rates output on a 500 ml reference bottle. These figures help start a supplier discussion; they do not confirm production on your bottle, current availability or the complete equipment package.

What changes a water bottling machine quotation?

A filling-machine price and a complete equipment-package price describe different purchases. Bottle formats, requested output, cap handling, change parts, treatment, blowing, labeling, packing and site services all affect what is being quoted. Ask for one equipment list with included, optional, buyer-supplied, excluded and unresolved items clearly separated.

For a useful first enquiry, send your country, water product, bottle/cap details, required output and the equipment you already have. An unknown input can remain open with a confirmation step; it should not become an invented specification or a firm price.

Who will handle your equipment enquiry?

Allot Tech (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. helps clarify machine requirements, communicate equipment-sourcing questions and coordinate project-specific proposals. Mr Kcal is the public contact. Manufacturing, engineering, testing and site-service responsibilities must be assigned to the parties that actually undertake them.

Start with the machine and bottle requirement, then review the proposed supplier's evidence and quotation. The catalog photographs identify equipment categories; they do not establish ownership of every pictured factory or guarantee the final project configuration.

Direct supplier answer

What should a water bottling machine supplier quote?

A useful supplier quotation identifies the proposed equipment and manufacturing resources, states the bottle-specific performance basis, defines every package boundary, and links the price to documents, FAT, delivery and support responsibilities. A model name and total price alone are not enough.

Equipment identity

Function, model or platform, quantity, actual manufacturing resource, confirmed options and permitted substitutions.

Clarify who supplies each machine

Performance basis

Reference bottle, closure, required good output, test boundary, assumptions and project-specific confirmation status.

Normalize capacity claims

Package boundary

Included modules, interfaces, utilities, controls, documents, spares, site work and buyer-side items.

Define responsibility

Acceptance and support

FAT method, deviation closure, shipment release, installation handoff, warranty and after-sales escalation.

Plan evidence gates

Equipment-package scope

Map every quotation row from raw water to a dispatchable pack.

The stages below are a procurement checklist, not a universal final configuration. For every required function, record the supplier, manufacturing resource, interface owner, evidence and commercial state.

01
Water treatment
Raw-water tank, pretreatment, RO or UF where justified, disinfection, storage and transfer
02
PET bottle making
Preforms, blow molder, molds, high-pressure air, cooling and air conveying
03
Rinse-fill-cap
Bottle infeed, rinsing, normal-pressure filling, capping, outfeed and controls
04
Inspection
Container, fill-level, cap, coding and finished-pack checks as specified
05
Label and code
Sleeve, self-adhesive or hot-melt label route plus date and batch coding
06
Secondary packing
Film bundle, tray plus film, carton or case packing
07
Convey and buffer
Air conveyor, bottle conveyor, accumulation and machine interfaces
08
Pallet and dispatch
Palletizing, stretch wrapping, handling and shipment preparation

A supplier is more than a price sender

Eight questions turn a quotation into a decision record.

Supplier evaluation should show what is confirmed, what evidence supports it and what still requires project-specific review.

01

Application fit

Product, container, closure and treatment route match the proposed machine platform.

02

Comparable scope

Every supplier prices from the same inclusion list, output basis and utilities boundary.

03

Technical evidence

Models, drawings, materials, component brands and consumptions are documented.

04

Line balance

Upstream and downstream rated speeds include realistic efficiency and accumulation assumptions.

05

FAT method

Samples, run duration, acceptable stops, inspection records and acceptance criteria are agreed.

06

Responsibility map

Supply, installation, commissioning, travel, local labor and utilities are assigned by party.

07

Documents and spares

Layouts, manuals, electrical drawings, BOM, recommended spares and wear parts are listed.

08

Commercial clarity

Currency, validity, payment, exclusions, delivery basis, warranty and change control are explicit.

Machine only or coordinated package

The purchasing label does not define the responsibility boundary.

Compare the same interfaces, evidence and acceptance ownership whether you buy one machine or ask one party to coordinate several equipment sources.

Decision areaMachine-only purchaseCoordinated equipment package
Existing assetsIdentify upstream and downstream machines, utilities and controls.Identify site utilities, building work and any buyer-supplied systems.
IntegrationAssign mechanical, electrical and control interfaces to named parties.Confirm which interfaces are coordinated, engineered, tested or merely communicated by the package supplier.
AcceptanceTest the machine and its agreed interfaces.Define separate machine tests, interface evidence and any package-level release decision.
Price comparisonInclude change parts, transfer, installation and controls work.Normalize exclusions, utilities, options and site-service costs.

Evidence boundary

Reference data informs the question. It does not replace engineering confirmation.

The 2026 Allot Tech catalog supports the water-treatment path, XGF filling-platform reference and downstream equipment categories used here.

  • Raw-water analysis still controls the treatment design.
  • Bottle, cap and output basis still control model selection.
  • Final materials, components, utilities, delivery and service remain subject to the signed project documents.

Project route

Move from a usable brief to an accepted shipment.

Each stage creates a record that the next stage can verify.

01Brief

Confirm water, bottle, cap, pack, output, site and destination.

02Comparable options

Use one scope and rating basis across candidate suppliers.

03Technical closeout

Resolve models, interfaces, drawings, utilities and deviations.

04Inspection + FAT

Test the signed scope with agreed samples, records and criteria.

05Delivery readiness

Close documents, spares, packing, shipment and site responsibilities.

Water bottling machine buying questions

Start with the equipment you need, then confirm the supplier, scope and evidence.

What machine is needed to bottle still water in PET bottles?

The core filling step normally uses rinsing, filling and capping equipment. Prepared water, empty-bottle supply, labeling and final packing are separate scope decisions. If you buy ready-made bottles, a PET blow molder is not automatically required.

Can the same water bottling machine run 500 ml and 1.5 L bottles?

That must be confirmed for the actual bottle and cap designs, handling parts and settings. Ask for a format-by-format response and output basis; a published 500 ml rating is not a confirmed 1.5 L rating.

Why is there no single fixed price for every water bottling machine?

The proposed model, output, bottle formats, accessories, equipment boundary and services can differ. Request a project-specific itemized quotation and compare inclusions and exclusions on the same basis.

What should I send to request a supplier proposal?

Send your country, water product, bottle and cap information, required output, requested equipment, existing machines, label/final pack and known site utilities. Mark uncertain inputs as open so the supplier can identify the next confirmation step.

Project handoff

Send your bottle, output and equipment requirements to Mr Kcal.

Share the bottle, output, machine scope and what is still uncertain. Allot Tech can coordinate the next technical clarification.
